Should You Put money into Comic Books?

Comics were once often considered as “kids stuff,” which might have some truth. I began collecting comics like a kid. I remember each of the great stories and artwork I enjoyed while becoming an adult, but nowadays, comic books aren’t just “kids stuff” anymore. Certain comics have grown to be extremely valuable.

When you spend money on comics? To resolve this question, I’ve got to show you a brief story. While growing up there was clearly this extremely tiny comic shop inside town I spent my youth, also it was on your own around. From the seeing a fantastic Spider-Man #1 on the wall plus an X-Men #1.

Both were in good (VG) condition, without doubt. I remember specifically how the Amazing Spider-Man #1 had been sold for $800 along with the X-Men #1 went around $300. Also i remember in the past generate an income tried to persuade my pops to get them. Naturally, he refused.

Now, I’m confident to remind my pops that those very comics inside the same condition are now valued at $3,000 as well as the X-Men #1 at $1700, and they’re going to only carry on and boost in value. When the new Overstreet Price Guide arrives next June. You’ll see those values have once more increased.
